Old Wild West

Interior design development for Old Wild West, a casual dining restaurant format.

The project involved the technical development of interior spaces, from layout studies and detailed drawings to custom furniture, finishes and construction coordination. The design work translated the identity of the brand into a coherent environment able to support high-volume service, clear circulation and a recognisable customer experience.

The project was developed in coordination with technical offices, suppliers and on-site contractors, ensuring that design decisions could be accurately carried through to construction.
