A complete restaurant concept for compact, high-efficiency seafood dining.
SeAmore is a complete concept for a compact seafood restaurant, developed to combine product quality, rapid service and operational efficiency within a reduced footprint.
The project defined the format from the ground up: menu structure, brand identity, logo, spatial layout, interior design and visualisation. The plan was organised around a streamlined kitchen and a clear service flow, allowing a small team to operate efficiently while maintaining a direct relationship between preparation, counter and dining area.
The interior translated the seafood offer into a recognisable yet practical environment. Blue seating, white tiles, natural wood, rope details and reclaimed timber introduced a coastal vocabulary without compromising durability, maintenance or seating capacity. The result was conceived as a replicable format, able to retain a consistent identity across different locations.
